Disconnected data obscures fleet risk
The customer’s primary objective was to consolidate disparate data streams from multiple software and hardware providers into a single, unified platform, establishing a single source of truth for their entire fleet operations. By eliminating these data silos, they sought to gain comprehensive, real-time visibility into their assets.
Furthermore, the organisation aimed to significantly elevate employee compliance and safety standards. They required advanced oversight into driver behaviour, with a specific focus on identifying high-risk habits. Ultimately, the goal was to leverage these insights to automatically trigger proactive safety workflows and targeted training interventions, fostering a stronger culture of accountability and risk mitigation across the fleet.
Automated data ingestion and actionable dashboards
To address these challenges, Fleetyr engineered an automated data ingestion pipeline that seamlessly funnels Geoforce meter readings, fault codes, and driver behaviour data directly into SafetyCulture. This integration streamlines maintenance scheduling while keeping fleet managers ahead of driver behaviour trends. Specifically, when Geoforce detects predefined risky driving behaviours, Fleetyr instantly triggers an automated "Issue" within SafetyCulture. This immediate handoff allows the Safety Team to launch internal investigations and safety workflows without delay.
To maximise the value of this aggregated data, Fleetyr consolidated the insights into custom dashboards embedded directly within the SafetyCulture environment. These dashboards empower the Warrior Tech team by highlighting critical operational opportunities across three key pillars:
Comprehensive Employee Risk Profiles: By blending telematics events with non-compliance data (such as missed vehicle inspections and skipped safety checks), the dashboard delivers a holistic view of driver risk within a single, unified report.
Proactive Fault Code Assessment: Real-time diagnostics ensure that fleet and equipment managers are instantly alerted to critical or high-risk maintenance issues, preventing costly breakdowns.
Asset Utilisation Optimisation: The platform identifies underutilised assets by analysing idle-to-engine-hour ratios, consecutive days with zero movement, and stagnant meter readings, allowing for smarter fleet deployment.
